Village wine from La Aguilera. Crafted with respect, blending varieties such as tempranillo, garnacha, bobal, and albillo mayor to create a fresh and highly drinkable wine, born from sustainable viticulture.
We are reviving the traditional vino cosechero our grandparents once made, when they didn’t overthink which grapes to mix—guided only by instinct and wisdom, they knew the result would be a delicious, fresh, and fruity wine, perfect to enjoy anytime.

Viticulture
Vine age: Tempranillo 25 years, other varieties 80 years. North-facing orientation. Harvest date: September 9. Hand-picked.
The 2024 vintage was marked by a mild and rainy winter, followed by a slightly warmer-than-usual spring and an especially hot, dry summer. The end of the season brought heavy rains and storms, which slightly delayed and prolonged the harvest.
Winemaking
20% whole cluster inclusion. Fermentation at low temperature with gentle maceration.
Tasting Notes
“Andrea Sanz describes this blend of 75% Tinto Fino, 10% Bobal, 10% Albillo Mayor and 5% Garnacha as “our cosechero style red”, alluding to the fresh style of the wine and the inclusion of 20% stems. Sappy, floral and engaging, it’s the kind of thing you want to drink lightly chilled, showing pomegranate and wild strawberry flavours, tangy acidity and refreshingly low alcohol.” Tim Atkin MW (2023 vintage).
